Cory Boydston joined Spur in 2025 as an Advisor before joining the board in 2026.  Cory, her husband John, and two sons began visiting Sun Valley every year, beginning in 1999.  Cory and John became full-time residents in 2024.  Cory has spent over 45 years in accounting, finance, private equity, residential real estate and capital management, as the CFO of Lennar Corporation, Starwood Land Ventures, and Ashton Woods Homes.  She is the Co-Founder of Women’s Housing Leadership Group, and currently serves as a board director for Builders FirstSource and Risewell Homes.  In 2026, John became the licensee and General Manager for the local non-profit radio station, KDPI-FM, and Cory now hosts a weekly classical music program on the station, along with serving as a board member.  Cory holds a CPA license and graduated from Florida State University.
